Residential Complex in the Neighborhood at Hochmuttinger Straße

For this project, we at Rubner handled all aspects related to wooden structures, from design to prefabrication to assembly. Four of the eight buildings are made entirely of wood, while the other four are hybrid structures with a concrete load-bearing framework and wooden facades.

Efficient Design, Impeccable Execution

The main challenge? A construction site with limited logistical space and the simultaneous construction of the raw structure. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication, with windows already integrated and finished wooden cladding panels, we were able to deliver the elements just-in-time and assemble them in a short time. The entire process was coordinated through a digital Kanban Board system.
