Project Management

Our project managers serve as your main point of contact for every construction project. They oversee the entire project team, which includes structural engineering, construction, construction management, and assembly. Their role is to coordinate the construction site with other trades, ensuring quality assurance and smooth operations throughout the project.
Engineering and Design

Competence in structural analysis and construction, forms the basis of every successful project. Our specialists understand the potential of wood as a building material and know how to leverage it. Their experience and commitment to advancing timber construction drive every project. Coordinated execution planning provides the foundation for the concrete implementation. Our in-house workshop and assembly planning build upon this foundation, encompassing all necessary structural, thermal, and constructional information for timber projects. We employ advanced techniques such as BIM, 3D simulations, and CAD to enhance our design process.
Production and Prefabrication
A plus in quality and safety
We place great importance on high and continuously increasing levels of prefabrication. With state-of-the-art production facilities and advanced manufacturing techniques, we fabricate our products using resource-friendly processes. This approach enhances the quality of our products and ensures shorter, low-risk construction periods. With production sites in multiple European countries, we offer exceptional production capacities. At our three sites in Ober-Grafendorf, Brixen, and Rosny-sur-Seine, we have a production capacity of 85,000 m³ of glulam, 250,000 m² of roof and wall elements, and 10,000 m² of cross laminated timber.
On-site execution
Carefully studied and coordinated
We develop proactive assembly and logistics concepts to ensure smooth on-site implementation of the project. Coordinating interfaces with other subcontractors is crucial. Regardless of the project’s size or complexity, our project and construction site managers work closely with on-site assembly teams to ensure professional project execution.
Maintenance and Servicing
How to keep your constructions in good shape
To ensure the long-term reliability of load-bearing structures, Rubner’s maintenance team is available to you. We offer one-off inspections, annual maintenance, and repairs of various kinds, such as collision damage and retrofitting of lighting elements, fire smoke dampers, fall protection, substructures for building services, and PV systems. Furthermore, we hold the certification to renovate and strengthen load-bearing timber components that were not originally built by us.
