Every structural component begins with a clear technical foundation. Our glulam production follows the European standard EN 14080:2013 and is based exclusively on PEFC-certified timber sourced from sustainably managed forests.
We process the following wood species and strength classes:

Our production facilities are designed for industrial-scale glulam manufacturing with high flexibility and precision.

Structural elements can be manufactured in lengths of up to 50 metres, enabling applications such as long-span roof structures, multistorey timber buildings and complex structural systems.
Columns and beams for multistorey construction can be produced in single-section widths up to 280 mm, while composite sections allow significantly larger cross-sections where required.

Using five advanced Hundegger CNC machining centres, we process glulam components directly from project-specific BVN or BVX files. This digital workflow ensures the exact implementation of your structural design with millimetre accuracy.
Our CNC machining capabilities include:

- Processing of columns and beams for multistorey buildings
By transferring engineering data directly into production, we reduce on-site adjustments and support a smooth and predictable installation process.

Modern timber construction increasingly benefits from high levels of prefabrication. By integrating critical structural components directly in the factory, we reduce interfaces and improve installation efficiency.
