All the shades of blue, from the lake to the sky, those of the green of the mountains and hills. And then all the shades of light that illuminate the landscape, both in winter and in summer. A few kilometers from Verona, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in this feast of colors and Nature, stands the wonderful holiday home of Karin and Bruno. In love with this area, full of natural beauty and magnificent medieval villages, inlets and castles, Karin and Bruno wanted a home that reflected their philosophy of life: to be hospitable and open to the world, in balance with others and with Nature. And last but not least, being in constant dialogue with their beloved Lake Garda. They made their wish come true, with a house that, despite its contemporary style, manages to surprise with the warmth and harmony it emanates.
The entire building was designed to establish a relationship with the lake, visible from practically every room. In order not to "lose sight of it", the living room is practically one with the huge terrace, which in fact has the warmth of a living room. The French windows complete the "game of glances", opening up to the outside world, without barriers. The whole house benefits from it, filling itself with brightness and a sense of freedom. The colors chosen, both for the house and for the interior and exterior furnishings, accentuate this brightness, without ever exceeding. Bioclimatically intelligent and completely sustainable, Karin's and Bruno's home is designed to be shared with the rest of the family and with the many friends and relatives who are often their guests. A contemporary paradise with a view of the lake, which best interprets the concept of sustainability.
