Project Limana
In Limana, along the Belluno Alps, an area of green landscapes, a few meters from where Rubner Haus has already built another house, a young couple has decided to build their dream with Rubner Haus. Passionate about mountains, skiing, snowboarding, and motorcycles, the two owners are also lovers of design and nature. Their house is in fact surrounded by greenery, with which it is in perfect harmony.
It is totally eco-sustainable, made up of two parts joined by a space that runs in the middle; the style is contemporary but extremely welcoming and the sloping roofs recall those of the ancient traditional houses of the Alpine area. The exteriors are striking for their elegant charm, made even more bright by the large windows that reflect the surrounding Nature.
The spacious interiors, with soft, earthy colors, in which the owners and the young architect who developed the project have inserted home automation, with their high ceilings and modern, refined furniture, give a feeling of airiness, a breath that unites modernity and nature, just like the two structures that make up the house are united.
