Some buildings relate to their surroundings with such ease that they feel intrinsically connected to them. This villa on Lake Garda reflects that approach: a composed yet dynamic structure that gently opens towards the water, extending naturally into the landscape.

Set into the hillside, the building follows the natural contours of the landscape, integrating effortlessly among the olive groves. The gabled roofs follow the lines of the mountainside: to the west, they guide the eye toward the lake; to the north, they merge back into the terrain, making the house nearly invisible from the road. It is an imaginative architecture that does not invade, but quietly invites engagement.

Each element forms part of a considered sensory journey: from the dry-stone walls that echo the line of the lake to the warmth of the timber deck in the solarium; from the subtle sound of gravel in the seating areas to the solidity of stone in the external stairs. This is complemented by a botanical garden of aromatic herbs and shrubs, transforming every movement into a true sensory experience.
