Symphony of light

Project Bergamo

In the picturesque hilly setting of Albino, in the province of Bergamo, Northern Italy, stands a Rubner Haus residence that redefines the concept of contemporary living.
This architecture combines a minimalist aesthetic with meticulous construction detail, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Seriana Valley.

The choice of wood was immediate, almost natural.
The client, an entrepreneur heading his family business, came to Rubner Haus thanks to the recommendation of one of his best friends, already a happy owner of a home from the brand.
As an electronics expert accustomed to technical rigor, the owner wanted to see the construction quality firsthand, visiting as many as five Rubner construction sites.

Claudio and Sonia, owners

Large windows break down the boundaries between inside and outside, flooding the minimalist volumes with natural light and offering a continuous view over the valley. Every detail is designed for the well-being of the family and their two daughters.

Outside, the large private swimming pool becomes the centerpiece of summer fun and relaxation, framed by a breathtaking panorama. The use of local stone for the exterior cladding roots the villa in the tradition of the Bergamo area. A cutting-edge home where structural precision turns into daily emotion.

Inside, the house develops through spacious, bright, and essential spaces.

The project, designed by architect Marco Paramatti, successfully turned the area’s strict landscape constraints into extraordinary strengths.
The building integrates into the hilly landscape with elegance and respect, dialoguing with the surrounding environment.
