The financial strength and size of the Rubner Group form a solid foundation for investments, further developments and innovations. Thus, the Rubner Group of Companies brings financial security and stability to each individual company and thus also to us as employees.

At the same time, the high degree of independence of the individual companies guarantees you flat hierarchies and short, binding decision-making paths. You can always get directly involved, quickly make a difference and shape things.

Your way to us

Your way to us is not complicated. Just get in touch – regardless of whether you are already interested in an advertised position, want to send us an unsolicited application or simply want to find out more.

1. We would like to fill a specific position

You can find the positions we are currently looking to fill under “Current vacancies”. We have advertised apprenticeships and internships separately. We advertise a position on the basis of a job description and a requirements profile derived from it. Irrespective of the advertised positions, we will also be happy to look at your speculative application.

2. You contact us

Don’t hesitate to contact us: call us or apply directly online via the advertised position or the unsolicited application contact form on our application portal. The portal will provide you with information on the processing of your data and you can agree to the data protection regulations. The secure handling of your data is important to us. 3.

3. We get to know each other well

We get to know each other – in a structured way, but without unnecessarily complicated selection procedures.

  • Your future manager is closely involved in the process of getting to know you.
  • We introduce you to the Rubner Group, the company, the values and the position to be filled, and give you information about the induction process.
  • You tell us about yourself, your experiences and your ideas regarding the position to be filled.
  • As we continue to get to know each other, we will discuss the working arrangements and exchange ideas about what is important to you in the cooperation and for your personal development.

If it is possible from an occupational health and safety or organisational point of view, and if you wish, you can also have a brief look at the department.a

4 We make a decision together

You and your manager decide whether you are a good match for each other.

5. You receive an offer

We make you an interesting offer consisting of your remuneration package and information on benefits, employment contract and important general conditions.

6. You accept and become part of our team

Welcome, dear new colleague. We look forward to working with you and supporting you in your career start.

Welcome to the team!

What to expect in the first weeks

Our top priority is to do everything we can to help you settle into your new working environment and responsibilities. That’s why we accompany your start of work with a structured induction phase and a training plan tailored to your individual needs. You will get to know your colleagues, important contact persons and their areas of responsibility within the company and the Rubner Group and complete the agreed internally or externally organised training and courses. Of course, we will discuss the status of your induction in a feedback meeting and set the necessary course to make the induction period and your overall development as positive as possible. Your direct manager is your first direct contact person.

Grow professionally and personally

We are convinced that personal development is the basis for being successful and satisfied in your job. Courses, internal or external exchange of experience or coaching for managers – many things are possible with us so that you can develop both professionally and personally. At least once a year, you and your manager will take a look at what will help you develop both professionally and personally, and together you will agree on specific personnel development measures.

Celebrate together

Personal and direct contact with the employees is important to the Rubner family. There are always events that allow for a social gathering, such as summer parties, Christmas celebrations or anniversaries. Long-standing employees are honoured, but also work successes (e.g. completed projects) are valued and celebrated accordingly.

Via Rubner News, our internal company magazine, we follow the latest projects, investments and news within the group, get to know new colleagues – and thus always stay up to date.
