What is this document for?

This document is intended to provide all information about the processing of your personal data in the context of WhatsApp communication.

Why are your personal data processed?

Sending job offers and information regarding open positions via WhatsApp. Legal basis for processing: consent of the data subject – Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The data subject’s consent is deemed to be given upon subscribing to the WhatsApp channel. Unsubscribing from the channel shall be considered as withdrawal of the previously given consent.

For this purpose, the provision of data is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

What data do we process?

Common personal data: phone number.

In accordance with the above-mentioned purpose, only your phone number associated with WhatsApp will be processed. This number will not be used in any way for promotional, marketing, or profiling purposes. Therefore, the phone number will not be stored for any additional purposes.

To whom are your data disclosed?

Your personal data may be shared with internal personnel authorized to process the data and responsible for managing WhatsApp communications, as well as with any other entities designated as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, where the transfer of such data is necessary or appropriate for sending the relevant communications. The use of WhatsApp also requires acceptance of WhatsApp’s own policies.

How will your data be processed?
