The technicians working in the woodworking sector and in the sawmill activities operate and monitor the machinery, plants and processes of our company. From the grading of logs to the production of dried lumber, through to planing and gluing lamellas for glulam, there is something for everyone. The training takes place in the company and at the vocational school in Kuchl (Salzburg).
Technicians working in the metalworking sector are mainly involved in the repair and maintenance of production lines, lifting and transport equipment. As part of maintenance and service work, they replace defective machine parts and components and produce the necessary spare parts themselves. They therefore represent a key figure in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly. The training takes place in the company and at the vocational school in Knittelfeld or Mureck (Styria).
Mechatronics consists of the integration of three different disciplines: mechanics, electronics and information technology. To find faults in a system, the mechatronic technician carries out measurements with electronic measuring devices and the corresponding diagnostic software in order to narrow down the field of possible causes of faults. Combining knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering and information technology, the mechatronic technician contributes significantly to the rapid location and elimination of faults. The training takes place in the company and at the vocational school in Eibiswald and Knittelfeld (Styria).
