Basic
Basic, the Rubner Starter House, is the first of three modular stages and includes the finished building envelope. This means that the house is finished from the outside and you arrange the internal finishing yourself. The floor plan and shape of the house can be designed individually to suit your preferences and the architect’s design.
Rubner Haus Basic
Our basic starter house
includes the following services
- exterior walls, including insulation, plasterwork or veneer
- including insulation, roofing
- house entrance doors
- windows with window ledge outside
Basic Plus
The extended expansion stage
The Basic Plus offers everything included in the Basic with that little extra: interior stairs, plastering, underfloor heating, electrical installations, photovoltaic and heat pump, sanitary connections and garage doors.
