The legal basis for this type of processing is the consent of the Data Subject pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. For these purposes, the provision of the data is optional and failure to provide the data will have no consequences.

Use of Tracking Pixels for Marketing and Personalization Purposes (with Your Consent)
If you provide your explicit consent, our marketing communications and newsletters may contain so-called tracking pixels. These are technologies that allow us to collect information about your interaction with our emails (for example, whether you open a message or click on a link). We use this data exclusively with your consent for the following purposes:
- Analysis of the effectiveness of our campaigns: to understand which topics and offers generate the greatest interest and to improve our future communications.
- Personalization of your user experience: to send you communications that are more relevant to your presumed interests and to tailor the frequency and content of our messages.
- Profiling: to create profiles based on your preferences and behavior, enabling us to offer you customized products and services.
Consent for these purposes is entirely voluntary. Refusing to provide consent will not affect your ability to use our essential services; however, we will not be able to send you personalized communications.
Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as it was given. Every marketing email contains a dedicated link that allows you to manage your preferences. You have the option to:
- Withdraw your consent completely, so that you no longer receive any marketing communications.
- Withdraw consent for tracking only, allowing you to continue receiving our communications, but without the inclusion of tracking pixels.
Disclosure to third parties
The data collected may be communicated to employees of our company, designated as Data Processors, to carry out the processing operations. In addition, it may be communicated to tax consultants, credit institutions, shippers and any other legal or physical person, public or private, identified as a partner and, where necessary, appointed as Data Processor as well, when the communication is necessary or functional for the performance of our activities in relation to the indicated purpose.
Exercise of the rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to art. 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration, updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same articles you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
In addition, you have the right to revoke any consent given to the processing of your personal data. The lawfulness of the processing of personal data until revocation is not affected by revocation.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Requests to exercise your rights can be made to us, as the Data Controller, via our contact details above.
It is also your right to appeal to the Supervisory Authority where you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully or non-compliant.
