1. Quote

You and your architect meet our sales employee to discuss your requirements in detail. The salesperson then prepares an individual quote for you following this assessment of your needs.

2. Preliminary planning and statics

Once the quote has been confirmed, the technical department starts with the preliminary planning for production. Based on your architect’s plans, the individual wall, ceiling and roof elements are designed and calculated for our production team.

3. Finishings

Now comes the most exciting part of all: the finishings. You will spend two days with our sales consultant selecting the products for your new dream home – from the roof tiles, floors and tiles, to the bathroom.

4. Production

No more changes are possible at all from this stage onwards, as the house now goes into production. The individual elements of your house are now produced and prefabricated to a level that the house can be assembled as quickly as possible.

5. Assembly

It’s now time: the individual sections of your house are delivered to the construction site. You can monitor the progress made in building your house daily and will be amazed at how quickly it will be finished…

6. Handover of keys

Once we have completed our work, your salesperson meets you and your architect for the inspection and your final acceptance of the construction work. Provided that all work has been completed to your satisfaction, we hand you the key for your new Rubner Haus.
