Rubner Haus ACHIEVE Modular stages Experience

The second finishing stage in our range of services includes the house that is ready to move into. This means that we install the prefabricated wood house on the foundation slab (not included in the delivery here) within the shortest possible period of time and complete all necessary internal finishing work, such as electrical installations, plumbing fixtures and laying the tiles and floors. You receive the key to your new Rubner Haus once all the work has been completed on our side. You just need the kitchen and some furniture and then you really are ready to move in.

The furnishing and plumbing fixtures for your prefabricated wood house are selected in our Finishings department. An expert Rubner Haus consultant spends a whole two days accompanying you through the Design department in Chienes, South Tyrol, in order to make the best selection for your new house in line with your requests. Numerous products and options are available to you here that have one thing in common: they have all been strictly tested by Rubner to verify their quality and functionality. Thanks to our Research and Development department, we can guarantee that all products used by us are in line with the latest trends in technology and design.
