The latest technology and a passion for the details: prefabrication means delivering the highest quality under optimum circumstances. This happens in our company’s own production facility, the joinery and wood planing hall, where around 70 employees prepare everything you need for your dream home. The wood beam construction in particular is characterised by a very high prefabrication level. Windows, doors and installations are inserted at our headquarters in Chienes, guaranteeing rapid assembly on-site, as well as precise production of the walls at the plant, irrespective of the weather.

You make lots of important decisions for your dream home before your prefabricated house can go into production. After signing your contract, we invite you to spend up to two days at our Design Centre in Chienes where you take the decisions on your preferred fittings with expert support from our team, and can also “experience” a large selection of materials and colours - ranging from floor coverings and plumbing all the way to roof cladding. Our expert consultants provide advice and support to you in selecting the entire exterior and interior furnishing and fittings (floors, doors, tiles, façade, etc.).
