Complex glulam constructions
Glulam constructions, roof and wall elements, timber-and-glass façades, and full-building envelopes – Rubner Holzbau’s premium-quality construction solutions are well-known all around the globe. Each year, a total of approx. 300,000 sqm of roof and wall elements and around 85,000 sqm of special-purpose elements from glued laminated timber are produced in Ober-Grafendorf, Austria and Bressanone, Italy. Our other branch offices in Austria, Italy, France, and Germany allow for immediate and quick exchange with our business partners.
Supporting systems, complex timber structures, construction kits, or full-scale timber construction solutions – Rubner Holzbau offers full-scale project management including detailed planning and workshop planning, the coordination of the individual crafts present at the construction site, or alternatively produces, supplies, and assembles the individual components. Thanks to the high prefabrication level of the timber elements manufactured at our sites, Rubner Holzbau can guarantee the realisation of construction projects within a very short period of time. The Rubner Holzindustrie saw mills are the place where Rubner product processing begins. Wood, our natural raw material, is supplied to our mills in the form of logs, and subsequently processed to produce countless semi-finished products including solid construction timber, glued components, solid wood panels, or glued laminated timber.
